Lindsay, a Nova Scotia native, has a background rooted in healthcare and psychology. She currently holds the title of Registered Nurse and is actively pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. Lindsay’s academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, which she completed at Dalhousie in 2013. Lindsay is a registered student member of both the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association.

For nearly a decade, Lindsay has dedicated her professional life to the field of acute inpatient psychiatry in Halifax, with a special focus on eating disorders dating back to 2015. She possesses experience in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and has led various groups addressing body image and distress tolerance. Beyond her specialization in eating disorders, she has a keen interest in assisting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma. Her approach to helping clients achieve their goals is rooted in client-centered, humanistic principles.
