Viorica Vladica brings over twelve years of international program and project management experience from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), where she took on a combination of international assignments in emergency response, humanitarian assistance, and international development.  She worked on a broad range of issues affecting refugees, internally displaced and stateless persons in South East Asia, Southern Africa and the Caribbean.  

Before joining Landing Strong, Viorica worked at the Regional Office of UNHCR in South Africa where she was responsible for the administration of a multi-partner portfolio of projects implemented across Southern Africa.  Viorica’s first degree is in Political Science and she has a master’s degree in International Development.
