Alex Duguay (RCT-C) is a Registered Counselling Therapist Candidate with a Master of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Clients will explore and reconstruct the stories they tell about themselves and their experiences, discovering new perspectives and possibilities for change. Alex will also encourage clients to explore their relational dynamics, communication patterns, and attachment styles, fostering healthier connections and enhancing interpersonal effectiveness.

Alex has experience working as a Human Resources Advisor with the Government of Canada. He led the Atlantic outreach portfolio for persons living with disabilities, developing educational programs and supporting persons living with disabilities in finding meaningful employment.

Alex provides counselling therapy to clients looking for support with anxiety and stress management, depression, self-esteem and identity development, relationship and family issues, and grief. Alex works with youth (14+), adults, and couples of all backgrounds, cultures, sexual orientations, and gender identities.
