Mark Baigent

Mark Baigent (he/him), B.Sc., M.C., CCC, is a Counselling Therapist with a Master’s of Counselling from Gonzaga University. 

Mark practices Narrative and Existential therapy with a keen awareness of family systems and attachment. Mark has a judgement-free, inclusive orientation, helping clients navigate problems through a strength-based approach, while honouring the pain that comes with life’s challenges. Mark assists his clients to acquire a sense of power & control over their problems, develop confidence in decision-making, experience emotions in a safe way, and improve communication skills in relationships.  

Mark enjoys working with individuals, families, and couples, and has previous experience working with grief & loss, new parents, LGBTQ2+ individuals, children (5+) and adolescents (12+), men, and families of multiple generations. Mark welcomes people of all backgrounds, cultures, gender identities, sexual orientations, and religions to seek his counselling support.
