Olivia Brown, M.A., is a Candidate Registered Psychologist, and received her Masters of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. She has experience working with adolescent (14+), adult, veteran and first responder populations who present with a variety of concerns. In particular, her clinical interests include the treatment of trauma, depression, anxiety, loss, adjustment, and interpersonal challenges.

In providing treatment, she focuses on building a strong rapport and fostering feelings of safety with her clients, and applies modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural and Emotion-Focused therapies, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Moreover, she offers psychological assessments for the identification of PTSD and other related mental health diagnoses.

Olivia additionally has a background in Recreation Therapy, which assists her in viewing clients through a holistic lens. As she endeavors to support clients through the difficulties they are facing in their lives, she simultaneously enjoys exploring their strengths, believing that each person possesses something unique and valuable within them.
