His approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each client’s individual experiences, values, and strengths. He draws primarily from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and existential approaches to counselling, with an emphasis on helping clients move toward meaningful and fulfilling lives.
