Charisma Grace Walker is a Sex and Relationship Therapist with more than fifteen years of experience across the health, education, and community service sectors. She specializes in sex therapy, couples therapy, and therapeutic group processing. Her professional focus is on strengthening emotional wellness, relational capacity, and mental health through trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and evidence-based programming. 

Currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Sexology, Charisma brings an integrative perspective to clinical facilitation and program development. Her work is grounded in the understanding that relationships, intimacy, communication, and emotional well-being are shaped by cultural, historical, and intergenerational experiences. She is passionate about creating innovative learning environments that support healing, self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful connection. 

As a facilitator, Charisma is recognized for creating psychologically safe spaces where participants can engage in courageous conversations, deepen self-reflection, and develop the skills necessary for healthier relationships and improved emotional well-being. Her approach combines clinical expertise with experiential learning, emphasizing emotional regulation, effective communication, boundary-setting, accountability, and relational repair.
